About Us:
AJ started racing quarter Midgets in 2000 at the age of 5. He raced weekly at the Oswego County Quarter Midget Club, and the Syracuse Quarter Midget Club. During the quarter midget years AJ would travel across the Northeast competing in multiple National and Regional events. Winning over 100 races in Sr. Honda, Lt. 160, and Sr. Half, AJ would win 5 out of 6 championships his final year in 2007.
2009 and 2010 AJ would transition into Champ Karts at the Oswego Kartway. He would pick up 2 feature wins his final year. At the end of 2010 AJ would make his Limited Supermodified debut at Oswego Speedway.
in 2011 AJ would begin his rookie campaign with the Limited Supermodifieds, after a solid season, he would miss rookie of the year by 6 points. AJ would win the Mr. SBS title race in 2012, and would pick up an opening night win in 2013.
AJ would move to college at UNOH and would transition to racing part time. AJ would win the B-main opening night at Limaland in 2014 driving the schools dirt stock car. He would compete at many different tracks and series throughout the years including; Northeast Sportsman Dirt Modifieds, Limited Supermodifieds, indoor TQ midgets, and Winged Big Block Supermodifieds. Hampered with misfortune and lack of track time, AJ would lack notable finishes, while remaining competative in most races. AJ would have his best finish at an Oswego Speedway Limited Supermodified Classic in 2021 finishing in 2nd place.
In 2017 AJ moved to North Carolina to pursue a professional career in racing, where he found Bowman Gray Stadium. While attending many years as a fan, he knew he needed to get on that track.
AJ purchased an asphalt latemodel near the end of 2022, with the goal of racing in the Sportsman division in 2023. The #24 Sportsman would make 4 starts in 2023 with AJ behind the wheel. Finishing with 2 top 10's it would be a solid debut.
AJ and team won the 2024 Bowman Gray Stadium Sportsman Rookie of the Year!
